My werewolf is out of control.

Okay, you're wondering what is wrong with me.  Well, if you haven't notice the state of the moon lately, you missed it.  Full moons mean werewolves are on the loose.  Mine has dark hair, blue eyes and growls a lot.  I know that it's not uncommon for a werewolf to have those qualities, but mine has those most days.  No, it's not Quinton from my book Quicksilver, but the man who inspired him.  Let's just call him Steven.  Ha, ha.  That's a generic enough name.  Anyway, when the moon is full he's harder to handle than other times during the month.  I know, I have that problem too, but it has nothing to do with the moon.

I've been wanting to get a t-shirt to wear to let people know why I seem out of sorts.  I considered, Watch out, the moon's full; but that didn't really say it all that well.  I pondered what would make more sense.  I live with a monster, so if I look like I've been mauled, ignore it?  No, too long and who would understand it.  Then I came up with the perfect shirt.  It would have doggy footprints, or werewolf if you know me, and say:  My werewolf walks all over me!  Now that says exactly how I feel.  However, don't tell Steven.  He still thinks that I don't know.

Happy Howling!

Mosters, Ghosts, and Other things that go bump.

Which Witch are You?

Okay, so I'm new to the blogger's life and am not sure exactly where I stand.  What I do know is what I like, monsters, ghosts, and you guessed it the werewolf.  Those that know me know exactly where my head is and just how hairy it appears.  No, not really the wolf, the the wannabe.  I have my own experiences with monsters, both being scared by them, and acting like one.  LOL.  You all know exactly what I'm talking about.  What mother hasn't fit into that category at least once while raising their children.

Well, in this blog I'm going to explore the supernatural, paranormal, and of course writing about them in my novels.  Yes, I'm a writer, and as such can tend to ramble, but isn't that what blogging is all about?  Rambling?  I thought so.

First of all let's clear one thing up.  My favorites, the werewolves, only change into the beasts on a full moon, although, they do kill vampires, their mortal enemies.  Why are they enemies you ask?  Competing for the same food source, of course.  Okay, well werewolves only have to eat humans once a month, while those blood suckers come out every night.  Makes it hard to remain inconspicuous when people go missing so often.

Second of all, werewolves are normal the rest of the time, making them a great choice as lovers.  Only be out of town on business during the full moon.  The best kind of monster is the one you can control. "Good doggy!"

Well, that's all for today.  Ghost Hunters is starting their new season, let's see what they drag out.   Okay, here's my question for all you paranormal fans out there.  How many of you have actually seen a ghost?  Comment to me and let me know your story.  You never know, you might be in the next book.  By the way, check out Quicksilver by Joy Spraycar and see just how lovable a werewolf can be.  Until next time.  Scare ya!
